1. Who can buy

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are buying for lawful laboratory research.

2. Research use only

All products sold by XS Peptides are research chemicals intended only for in-vitro laboratory research and preclinical study. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics. They are not for use in humans or animals, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

XS Peptides is a brand of XS Research Supply LLC, a Georgia limited liability company that also operates in Las Vegas, Nevada. In these terms, "XS," "we" and "us" mean XS Research Supply LLC.

XS Peptides is a chemical supplier. We are not a pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility under sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

3. What you agree to when you order

By placing an order, you agree that you will:

• use the products only for lawful laboratory research;
• store, handle and dispose of them safely and according to the law where you are;
• not give, sell or resell them for human or animal use;
• be responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.

4. No medical or personal-use advice

Nothing on this site, in our emails, texts or calls, or in our product descriptions is medical advice. Our team can talk about products, lab reports, storage and orders. We do not advise on dosing, personal use or any use in people or animals, and we will end any conversation that goes there.

5. Products and lab reports

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Every lot is tested by an outside lab before it is sold, and on request we send the report that matches the lot number on your vial. Product photos are for illustration; labels and packaging may vary slightly.

6. Prices, membership and offers

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time before an order is placed. The XS List member welcome discount (10% off a member's first order), set savings, emailed discount codes and other offers apply only as shown at checkout and can't be combined unless stated. Some low-stock items are limited to 3 per order. We may change or end the membership program at any time.

7. Payment

We currently accept payment by Zelle. After you place an order, your confirmation and private payment details (our secure Zelle QR code, the exact amount and your order number for the memo) are sent to your email and shown on your order screen. Your order is held for 48 hours. If we haven't received payment by then, the order is cancelled. Zelle payments can't be reversed, so only pay using the details from our site or your confirmation email.

8. Our right to refuse or cancel

We may refuse or cancel any order at any time, including if we believe products are intended for human or animal use, if information provided is false, or if an order may break the law. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.

9. Shipping, final sale and privacy

All sales are final unless an order arrives damaged. Our Shipping, Refunds and Privacy policies are part of these terms.

10. Risk and responsibility

Research chemicals carry risks. You accept those risks when you buy, and you are responsible for how the products are stored, handled and used after delivery. To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify XS Peptides, its owners and staff from any claims that arise from misuse of our products or from breaking these terms.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, products are provided as described, without other warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this site when you place an order applies to that order.
