Shipping

When your order ships

Orders ship once your Zelle payment is confirmed. If your order is placed and paid before 2PM on a business day (Monday to Friday, not counting U.S. holidays), it ships the same day. Otherwise it ships the next business day.

Nationwide shipping

We ship to all 50 states. Most orders arrive in 5–7 days after they ship.

Same-day delivery in Las Vegas and Atlanta

Choose same-day delivery at checkout if you're in the Las Vegas or Atlanta area. Orders placed and paid before 2PM local time are delivered the same day. Orders after 2PM are delivered the next business day.

Cost

Shipping and same-day delivery are free on orders of $300 or more after discounts. Under $300, nationwide shipping is a flat $15 and same-day delivery in Las Vegas or Atlanta is a flat $20. You'll see the fee before you check out.

Packaging

At checkout you choose how your order arrives: in our signature XS box, or discreet, in a plain box with no logo and no product names on the outside. Either way, vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried) for stability and are packed to protect them in transit. Once delivered, store them at −20 °C, away from light.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we send the tracking number to the phone or email on your order.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Damaged or missing

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Refunds policy.
